ISSUE #2: "Resurrection!"

By Jeff Melton

WHAT HAS GONE BEFORE: Alexi Luthor and Wotan perfected a process of transforming a human into a super-human. They utilized this process, tapping into a mystical energy flux to transform "Fairy Tales" Fenton into someone with powers similar to Thor’s. The Justice Society of America gathered together to investigate a mystical disturbance near Wayne Manor. Once there, they find their old foes Luthor, Wotan, and the transformed "Fairy Tales" Fenton!

On a hill overlooking regal Wayne Manor, the Justice Society are fighting a pitched battle against some of their oldest foes—Alexi Luthor, Wotan, and "Fairy Tales" Fenton. Wonder Woman and Fenton exchange blows, while Dr. Fate hovers overhead, above and behind Wonder Woman, waiting for the opportunity to strike. The rest of the JSA re-group in the distance, as Luthor looks on with great interest at the sight of his plans reaching fruition. Wotan takes to the air behind Fenton, preparing to give assistance to his ally.

"I don’t know how you became so powerful, Fenton," Wonder Woman comments, as she hits Fenton in the face, driving him back. "But we’ve put you down before, and we’ll do it again!"
