The Crash Pad

"Wahoo!" Robbie Baldwin bounces around, running into Hindsight. "Hey Carlton, you seen Nova?"

"He's around somewhere." Turbo walked around the corner and tripped. She fell forward and bashed into Speedball's midsection. Robbie was sent bouncing all over the Pad.

"JAAAAAAAAAANEE-STOP THIS CRAZY THING!" He stumbled into Vance and Angelica's room, and they bashed him out before he could see what they were doing. Robbie was pinned down to the floor by an energy ball and he didn't bounce back.

"Watch where you're going, runt."

Speedball looked up and saw Nova, the leader with Cloak and Dagger behind him.

"We got us an emergency here. Terrax has come a-knocking. And man, is Nita pissed. She's gonna get in trouble with Jim*
'cause we had to bail her outta 'the important meeting.'" (*Jim Hammond, the Original Human Torch.)

Vance and Angel stumbled out of their room, just having gotten suited up. "Carlton, Mickey! Let's go!"

Nova flew off to meet Kymaera.

"Hey Vance," murmured Speedball.

"What?"

"XYZ." Vance looked down and zipped up.

"Thanks man." The Warriors disappeared into Dagger's light.

Namorita Prentiss flew out the window gracefully to meet up with Nova.

"Rider! You idiot! I can't just leave work like that! Are you trying to get me fired?"

"Terrax is THIS way, Nita." Nova and Kymaera got to the spot where Terrax was, and Dagger was bomboarding him with light. Darkhawk and Century had joined the fight. Firestar bomboarded him with microwaves, but they don't even phase him,
and he effortlessly swats her away with his shovel. Hindsight is knocked into an alley, and ends up in a dumpster. Terrax sent some sort of beacon into space, and Firelord and several Punisher drones landed. Firelord went for Trish Tilby, who had been covering the footage he grabbed her, slammed her cameraman through a window, and flew her up in the air. Darkhawk flew up, and snatched Trish from Firelord. A Punisher drone blasted Darkhawk, and he changed back to Chris Powell. Justice flew Hindsight, the cameraman, Chris, and Firestar to get medical attention. Firelord was knocked down by Beast, who
was in the area.

"Hands off the lady, Mr. Firelord-Man." Firelord catapulted McCoy into the sky, and he was telekinetically caught by Vance. Kymaera and Speedball were trashing the Punisher drones, when one of them shot rather large lasers at both of them.

Hydro-Man and Spider-Man were battling high above the scene. Dagger's light knife pierced through the aqua form of Morrie Bench, dispersing him just after he had knocked a webbing-less Spidey off the edge of the roof. Turbo went to catch Spidey, who refilled a web cartridge. Cloak was enveloping nearly all of the Punisher drones. Spidey and Speedball disposed of whatever Punisher drones were left. Hydro-Man shot streams of water at Kymaera, who countered at Firelord, who was now battling Dagger, Cloak, and Turbo. Firelord overloaded Dagger's light, and she fainted into Cloak, who disappeared.Spidey
got knocked around by the merged remains of the drones, and is flung into the East River. Turbo fell out of the skyline to be caught by Speedball, who has gathered Spider-Man and Kymaera, who fell out of the skyline after Turbo. Nova destroyed the Punisher remains, but is knocked out by the combined attacks of Firelord and Terrax. The lone remainder, Century, sliced into the future with Parallax, and  brought back Vance Astro, Martinex, Charlie-27, Firelord, Replica, Hollywood, Yondu, Aleta/Starhawk, and Nikki: the Guardians of the Galaxy. They brought with them presumably who they were fighting: Malevolence, Blockade, Rancor, Photon, Eightyfive, Side-step, and Shaddo. Yondu sword-fighted with Photon, Starhawk closed in on Malevolence, and Firelord of the Guardians went after the bad Firelord, who he eventually disentigrated. Photon was stabbed through the chest, Malevolence was destroyed, Eightyfive was knocked in the jaw by Major Victory, Shaddo was given the hot-foot by Nikki, Martinex, Hollywood, Replica, and Cahrlie-27 just beat up on the others, who they put in the Vault. Nova regained consciousness, and the Guardians, led by Nova and Century, beat the crap outta Terrax.

Epilogue

Vance, Marty, Nikki, Firelord, Replica, Yondu, Aleta, and Century have gone their separate ways; Spidey, Beast, and the other Warriors are recuperating and planning the wedding day as Hollywood temporarily remains with the team.
