Origin and Background: (Australian)  Cybernetic enhanced soldier with enhanced musculature and symbiotic neural interface within his bionics. Once was a member of the Royal Australian Army but eventually went AWOL and ended up fighting in every little dirty war as a mercenary. While fighting for a small despotic regime in Eastern Europe, he was fatally wounded by Islamic extremist rebels.         He would have died if it was for the chief scientist of this little nation. Dr. Ustav Drachman performed an experimental operation on Harlan to save his life. A cybernetic parasite crafted from living metal was injected into his body. Harlan's body quickly healed its wounds as it changed in shape. The cybernetic parasite was making the host stronger to increase its own power. Dr Ustav Drachman revealed the bio-armour that can literally log on to his body's bionics. That all happened some time ago...         Harlan Carver is more machine than man these days.
