1. Armour -- Type B (Demon Armour): ADR 130. This suit of black armour carries a powerful enchantment (a demon has been bonded to it) that grants the wearer the following abilities:
      a. Adaptation: PR 1/hour.
      b. Emotion Control (Fear): Doomguard calls this power the Devil's Lament. Range 1", PR 8.
      c. Flame Powers: Doomguard can create great rings of fire (called the Ring of Hades) that encircles its victims (attacks as Flame Powers). Range 58", 1d12 Damage, PR 2/ring.
      d. Flight: Maximum Speed 837 mph/83x the speed of sound, PR 1/hour.
      e. Heightened Defense: -4 to be hit.
      f. Heightened Endurance B +15
      g. Heightened Strength B +21
      h. Natural Weaponry (Magical Gauntlets): +3 to hit, +6 damage. Special: A successful HTH Special Attack allows Doomguard to absorb his victim's Carrying Capacity (as per the Absorption Power - 100 lbs./point of damage caused). Doomguard can add this amount to his own Carrying Capacity increasing his HTH Damage for End (27) turns. For example, say Doomguard drains 300 lbs. Carrying Capacity from a victim, he would keep this boost for 27 turns. At the end of the final turn, Doomguard would lose the Carrying Capacity boost and the victim would recover it.

4. Weakness (Special Vulnerability): The demonic nature of Doomguard's power means that he is especially vulnerable to "Holy/blessed" weapons (+5 to be hit, double damage). Doomguard cannot enter any area that would be normally considered as being sacred/Holy (i.e. a church, a synagogue, a mosque). This weakness only applies to Professor Letts when he is wearing the Doomguard armour.

Origin and Background: (British) Doomguard acts as an enforcer for a mystical cult known only as the Covenant of Eternal Darkness. The Covenant uses its magical powers and abilities to manipulate and dominate humanity. So far, only the Covenant's minions (i.e. Doomguard, Fhendaleen, Phodar the Mad) have been encountered. The true masters behind the Covenant of Eternal Darkness are unknown. It is wondered if the masters are even remotely human.
