        b. Enhanced Vision: Hawkman can see clearly up to a distance of 2 miles. Hawkman's exceptional eyesight allows him to ignore the Range To-Hit Modifier as if it was one level lower (i.e. +0 for any distance up to 60", -1 from 61 to 120, -2 from 121 to 240, -3 from 241 to 480, etc.).

The gravity defying nature of the "ninth metal" within his belt also allows Hawkman to lift great weights. His Carrying Capacity is considered tripled when flying (this increased carrying capacity has no effect on Hawkman's Basic HTH damage).
8. Willpower (Type B):  Carter Hall is the reincarnation of the ancient Egyptian Pharaoh, Prince Khufu. As such, he sometimes can remember his past memories and experiences of his previous lives (requires an Int check on d20 to remember anything specific). Charisma Bonus +5 (already included).
9. Weakness (Special Requirement):  Carter Hall isn't the only one locked in a cycle of reincarnation. His greatest enemy, Hath-Set (later known as Hastor), and the love of Carter's life, Shiera, are all tied into the same reincarnation cycle. It was Hath-Set who originally killed Khufu, thus cursing their lives to an eternal battle of good vs evil - Khufu vs Hath-Set - Hawkman vs Hastor. This eternal battle is Hawkman's personal struggle and may cloud his actions should Hastor be involved.

Origin and Background: (American)  Carter Hall, a wealthy scientist and artifact collector, came into the possession of an ancient knife once reputed to have been owned by an ancient Egyptian Prince named Khufu. That night Hall had a dream about Khufu's death and realized that he was Khufu's reincarnation. He realized that the man responsible for his death in the past had also been reincarnated in the present. Hall garbed himself in the guise of the Egptian Hawk-god and stopped his ancient enemy from killing Hall's reincarnated beloved, Shiera. Hawkman launched a career as a superhero and Shiera became his partner as Hawkgirl.
