Pinky Brain

These conversions aren't meant to be too serious so I'm not worried about 100% accuracy. It is kind of hard to pattern cartoon characters with the V&V rules (Toon would have probably been the best way to go), but I couldn't resist the challenge. The Heightened Endurance and Invulnerability powers are meant to represent the beating that cartoon characters can take.

Those who hear Pinky use his Blather power, must make an Intelligence saving throw on d20 or lose their next action as they ponder what Pinky actually meant. Success means the listener can act normally on his turn.
