The Sonic Screwdriver can manipulate small fasteners (i.e. screws) and simple mechanical devices (i.e. latches & locks) at I x4% rate of success. Electrical devices may also be shorted out at I x3% rate of success. Range 12", PR 1 per attempt, Power = 2d10 +20. The Sonic Screwdriver may also be modified to act as a sonic lance causing 1d12 Damage to inorganic materials (PR 1 per shot).
