Origin and Background: (Mutant)  Eliott Whitmarsh has lived many lives with many names over the centuries. He was born on a remote western island somewhere near the British Isles in AD 1772. He has lived his life as a gentleman, a rogue, a scoundrel, and a thief over the years. He has since settled down as an undisclosed hier to some unnamed English Gentry. His current interests involve the occult and his books. At heart, Eliot is a bibliophile first and an agent second.           After the Iron Legion-Queen Aquarius Affair, Eliott has been reassigned to be Division Zero's acting representative to the Royal Atlantean Court. This appointment seems odd due to Atlantean's general dislike for Eliott's transformed appearance.
