1. Armour - Type B (PolySteel Armour Plating): ADR 250. The circuits that power the armour plating also provide power for the following abilities: i. Heightened Endurance B +26 ii. Natural Weaponry: +2 to Hit, +4 Damage. iii. Speed Bonus: +80" to ground movement. |
||
2. Heightened Agility A +12
3. Heightened Attack (Hunter-Killer AI Programming): +1 Damage/Level (+4 Damage total).
4. Heightened Defense (Positronic Energy Shielding): -4 to be hit.
5. Heightened Senses: Artificial Intelligence Enhanced Sensors. i. Bioscan Matrix: The Mark II can do a bioscan sweep of an area (Radius 240") and scan for animal life signs (detection automatic, costs only movement). ii. Hunter-Killer Tracking AI: Highly sophisticated tracking systems. Once the target is located (via a Bioscan), the Mark II can automatically track the target. Should the target stray out of the Mark II's 240" radius range, it is lost. iii. Hunter-Killer Combat AI: Enhanced video and audio receptors coordinated with movement detectors grants the Mark II a x5 bonus to Detect Hidden & Detect Danger rolls. iv. Sensor Web: Through small sensor beacons scattered about the Mark II's whole frame, it can react to any threat no matter the origin of the attack (can basically see 360 Degrees around its person thus negating any flanking/from behind bonuses). v. Full Spectrum Vision: A Mark II can see all along the eclectromagnetic spectrum (i.e. IR, UV, Normal light, radiatian). He can see in the dark and ignores all darkness related penalties. |
||
6. Natural Weaponry (Claws, Spines and Iron Jaws): +4 to Hit, +8 Damage.
7. Regeneration (Internal Self-Repairing Systems): Cannot repair magnetic damage. Intense magnetic frequencies has an unusual effect on the Mark II's systems.
8. Robotic Body: 58% Dog-like Appearance. x5 Weighs Modifier, +20 Strength bonus. Built into the torso of the robot, is an Energy Pulse Cannon (must open mouth to fire). Attacks as Lightning Control (cannot 'take control' of devices). Attack: 88" Range, 2d8 Damage, PR 2/attempt. 44% Short-out Attempt (PR 4/attempt).
9. Weakness (Physical Handicap): The Dragon Hound is only partially bipedal. It can stand on its two hind legs and fight but only at 1/10 movement. Unrestrained movement can be achieve aslong as the robot is on all fours.
10. Weakness (Vulnerability - Failsafe Frequency): The Dragon Hound has a failsafe AI subroutine hidden within its cybernetic matrix of a brain. A specific Ultrasonic frequency will activate this hidden program causing the Dragon Hound's AI to reboot. Such an act erases the computer's memory. 1d4 turns later (during this down time the robot is inactive), the Dragon Hound will be under the total control of the person who activated the control frequency. Unique Failsafe Frequencies are issued to all Regional Murder Brigade Commanders with no two commander receiving the same code. Supreme Command holds the codes for all Dragon Hounds in existance.

Origin and Background: (Satsujin Ryodan Robot) The Hunter-Killer Dragon Hound Combat Drone, Mk II have seen only limited use within the Murder Brigade organization so far, but all such tests have proved to be very successful. The drones are perfect candidates for assassination, sabotage and general mayhem. They have also been used to keep meddling metahumans busy while Murder Brigade teams perform their assigned duties. More drones have been commissioned and are being sent to regional cells all across the world. |
