EXPANDED LEAPING RULES

Here is a straight forward leaping rule. All characters have a base forward leap of 1" per 5 points of Strength. Characters can leap straight up 1" for every 10 points of Strength. Leaping costs only movement (no power cost). This option was inspired by the leaping rules found in the Champions RPG.
