POWERS:
1. Armour - Type B (Containment Suit): Mr Freeze must wear his containment suit to help his body maintain its sub-zero temperatures for survival. ADR 120. Should his ADR ever reach zero, it means his containment suit has been breeched and he will be exposed to normal temperatures.
i. Heightened Strength A: +13. This power affects his Carrying Capacity and HTH Damage (but not his Hit Modifiers, HPs, or Power scores). The modified Strength is used for determining the range for his Ice Powers.
ii. Ice Powers (Cold Gun): Range 16", does 2d12 Damage, PR 3/attack. The Cold Gun allows Mr Freeze to have all of the benefits of Ice Powers except for Ice Armour. This power is considered to be double than the standard Ice Powers (for example, an attack does 2 cubic feet of ice per point of damage done).
iii. Invulnerability: 14 Points. Mr Feeze's suit is built for durability since he depends on it for life and death.
2. Heightened Expertise: +8 to Hit with his Cold Gun (includes Training Bonuses).
3. Heightened Intelligence A +15
4. Weakness (Vulnerability): Mr Freeze must keep his body temperatures below freezing celsius or else he will die. For every turn spent in above freezing temperatures, he will lose 1d12 points from both his HPs and Power. Should he lose all of his HPs, he will fall unconscious and then lose 2d12 points from his Power for every turn spent in such warm conditions. Should Mr Freeze lose all of his HPs and Power, he dies but the body will continue to 'melt' as it loses 1 point of Basic Hits per turn. Once Basic Hits reach 0, Mr Freeze's body has deteriorate so much that it is beyond recognition.
