All Characters
All characters have the Trivia (Time Period/Location) skill at Level III for free. For example, a human character originally from 1924 AD would have Trivia (1920s Earth) at Level III.
Revised Initiative & Movement Rules: For use when not using miniatures or the detailed tactical system.

Time Lord characters also have the 'Respiratory Bypass System' as a racial special ability. This ability allows the Time Lord to hold their breath for extended amount of time. Add 5 to the Endurance score to find the performance level of this ability. With a successful use of this ability, a Time Lord can hold his breath for a number of minutes equalling his performance level x 3. This ability can be used number of times per day equal to performance level.
For example, a Time Lord with a Respiratory Bypass System at Level V encounters noxious fumes. The GM calls for a Respiratory Bypass check against a difficulty level of IV, If successful, then the Time Lord would be able to hold his breath for 15 minutes and be immune to the fumes. The same character would be able to perform this ability up to five times in one day.
