Welcome to New Augustus City - the home of the mystery men super-hero group known as the Mystery Brigade (whose secret subway base, called Terminus, is located sprawling under the city), the ever busy Port Wragg, Hawthorne Hall (affiliated with New Augustus University), Zenith Tower (the city's tallest building owned by the Zenith Corporation), and Harrington Hill (the city's most haunted location). It is a vibrant city of industry, commerce, research, the arts, organized crime, foreign and industrial spies, and even the unexplained. Just over 6 million residents call this city home, some of which have come from the world over to build a life here.
It is rumoured that something ancient and evil sleeps in the dark deep under the city and the city will be destroyed should this being awake. Most people, with the exception of the usual fringe groups, dismiss this as a total fantasy - a tale to frighten the gullible. Those in New Augustus' mystic community at Harrington Hill on the other hand, aren't so quick to dismiss it.
The adventures of the Mystery Brigade (and the universe they inhabit) can be found in MYSTERY BRIGADE comics and other assorted (fictional) titles published by N.A. Comics. This is me having fun by creating a fictional comic company (and titles) that chronicles the universe of New Augustus City. This fictional Publisher gets its name from the city, hence N.A. Comics.
